The property offers an intimate, verdant setting, looking down on and across a heavily vegetated wash on a cul-de-sac in a quiet part of Desert Mountain, a highly regarded 8,200-acre, development in north Scottsdale, AZ, with private golf and outdoor recreation club known as the Desert Mountain Club (membership available). Desert Mountain is on the slopes of the Continental Mountain range on the northern edge of Scottsdale, contiguous to the fourth-largest National Forest in the country. There is a twenty-mile private trail system in these mountains for the exclusive use of Desert Mountain residents. The top elevation is 4,890', the highest in all of Maricopa County. The views from the high point in the trail system are really something to see! Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport is typically about a forty-minute drive from the community's Front Gate.

The opportunity to be a member of The Desert Mountain Club is a significant part of the attraction of living in Desert Mountain for most property owners.
