What we've loved about this house:
THE YARD. From backyard cookouts, bonfires, and pool parties to watching deer and hunting for morels, we've absolutely loved the country feel, the nature, and ALL the space. With state land behind, it has always been private and peaceful. We've always said it looks like a park in the fall, just missing a park bench!
THE PLAYROOM. We've always called it the playroom. It actually used to be the garage. It has been our gathering place over the years, where we've played games, celeb holidays, and just enjoyed relaxing by the fire.
THE BASEMENT. Our basement was always the best for parties and get togethers. With the pool table and Foosball, it's been a favorite space for kiddos and grown ups alike! THE LOCATION. Haslett address, but Bath schools, last house in Clinton County. The neighbors to the East are in Shiawassee Co. (This makes for some crazy address numbers, FYI)The walls in the garage are the old bleachers from Bath Middle School. We've loved being in the country, but still so close to everything.
GREAT NEIGHBORS. We've loved our time in this house and have been lucky to have great neighbors up and down the road. Seller is offering an 8000.00 decorating allowance with an acceptable offer.
