About Alder 9
Alder 9 is in the heart of Portland’s Central Eastside.
This nine-story community features a ground-floor wellness center with social and activity spaces, a fitness and movement room, and case-management offices.
You’ll find plenty of places to gather and connect, including a courtyard.
Alder 9 will serve as a community hub, with space for partners to offer essential services to residents.
Centro Cultural will operate the Employment and Education Mobility Hub, providing culturally and linguistically relevant education and employment services.
Impact Northwest will deliver wraparound services to 25 units of permanent supportive housing.
EngAGE NW will provide arts programming and resident services at the ground-floor arts center.
