Located approximately 15 miles north of Malta, Montana this contiguous 2,930± acre grazing unit offers a well-balanced combination of deeded land, BLM lease, and State of Montana lease, making it a practical and easily managed ranching operation. Access is provided by Assiniboine Road, a county-maintained gravel road offering reliable, year-round access.

The property includes 960± deeded acres, 1,650± acres of BLM lease ground known as the Garland Allotment, and 320± acres under a State of Montana lease. The BLM allotment carries 376 AUMs, while the State lease provides an additional 113 AUMs. The State lease was renewed in 2023 and runs through 2033.
