Parking is available for two vehicles. The community amenities include a heated pool, tennis, pickleball, and shuffleboard courts, a fitness center, and a community room with a kitchen and pool table.
The best way to explore St. Augustine is by car, with free parking included with your stay. Alternatively, guests can use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions are within walking distance. The Old Town Trolley Tours offer a fun way to see the city with a hop-on, hop-off service that stops at popular destinations and includes complimentary admission to the St. Augustine History Museum.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. per St. Johns County ordinance. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or pets are allowed on the property at any time. Late check-outs and early check-ins are subject to a $50 per hour fee. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the property, including the front porch, and violations will incur an additional cleaning fee. The home is equipped with an actively recording security camera at the front door. Any attempt to tamper with the camera or disconnect the internet may result in the reservation being canceled.
