Boulder Way

Boulder Way began construction in 2025 and is expected to be finished in 2027. The community is comprised entirely of 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhomes with Fiber internet included. The floor plan is the largest of any Socha community, with each unit being 1,800 sq ft.

When you pull up to your unit, park in the driveway large enough for two vehicles or pull one car into the drive-under garage. The basement is finished behind the garage for a playroom, office, or workout space which leads straight out to your patio.

Walk up the first flight of stairs to your main living level where an oversized island with breakfast bar and quartz countertops greet you. There is luxury vinyl plank flooring spanning this entire floor, including in your laundry room (with washer/dryer hook up) and half bath! Enjoy comfortability in the unit regardless of the weather outside with natural gas heat and central AC. If the weather permits, sit on your private balcony with access from your living room.
