About Boulder Way
Boulder Way began construction in 2025 and is expected to be finished in 2027. The community is comprised entirely of 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath townhomes with Fiber internet included. The floor plan is the largest of any Socha community, with each unit being 1,800 sq ft.
When you pull up to your unit, park in the driveway large enough for two vehicles or pull one car into the drive-under garage. The basement is finished behind the garage for a playroom, office, or workout space which leads straight out to your patio.
