About Brookfield Villas
Welcome to Brookfield Place. We are all brand new construction offering 2 bedroom, 2 bath villa homes with 2 car attached garages. Most Villas offer a flex den that is perfect for an office. High end features from Whirlpool stainless steel appliances, tiled back splashes to built in storage shelves set us apart from all our other locations. We are located off I-75 with quick access to I-475 and the Ohio Turnpike. There are several near by grocery stores such as Kroger, Meijer and Walmart. This area is abundant with great shopping at many large retailers like Target, Kohls and Bass Pro. Looking to dine out or a quick bite there are too many options to choose from. We are only 9 miles to the heart of downtown Toledo and only 5 miles to Levis Commons in Perrysburg or 3 miles to our historical end of Perrysburg. We offer tours Monday to Friday from 10-5:30 by appointment and Saturday from 10-4.. Visit us on Sundays from 2-4 during our Show Home Sunday Showcase.
