The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, and abundant natural light glistens on the granite countertops throughout the unit. Would you rather order out? And who wouldn’t - with a comfortable living area, main bedroom with enormous walk-in closet/laundry area, and sunroom with built-in desk?

Unfurnished units start at $1550 per month for a middle unit, and if you'd like an end unit with a carport, the cost is $1750 per month. Internet/cable is provided at a community rate of $130 per month, and water, trash, and sewage are an additional $70 per month.

Furnished units include all utilities, starting at $2550 for a middle unit, or $2700 for an end unit with carport. They are equipped with everything needed to prepare a home-cooked meal, including dishes, pots and pans, utensils, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The comfortable seating in the living area features a 50” television. We are proud to offer 100% smoke-free and pet-free furnished units, giving you the peace of mind to breathe easy. They also include a full-size washer and dryer, as well as linens and towels to accommodate your needs.

At Chandler Pointe, we offer pet-friendly, single-level townhomes in a 24/7 FULLY GATED community. With stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, LVP flooring (NO CARPET), a home office, a walk-in shower, vaulted ceilings, smart home technology, and a private, fenced-in backyard, our townhomes are a step above your average rental. Our community also features a covered carwash station, a picnic/grilling area, a dog park, sidewalks, ponds with beautiful fountains, and more!
