Founded in 1971 by Diane & Bill Hansen, the company has steadily built its portfolio from a single duplex to 380 units by acquiring well-located properties and consistently providing renters with exceptional service that reflects the core values & culture we embrace as a company. The business is still operated today by the Hansen Family represented by its 2nd generation owner/operator Todd Hansen.
