Welcome to Derby Manor. This historical landmark, formerly the Krause Corset Factory now converted to charming and well maintained apartment homes. Every unit has a different layout; some with river views and some with a brick accent wall. Not all ceilings are made of wood and apartments have either hardwood floors or carpeting. Convenient to I-84, Route 8, Route 34, Griffin Hospital, Sikorski Aircraft and about 20 minutes to downtown New Haven. Building has elevator, 24 hour emergency maintenance, laundry onsite, security cameras and intercom system. NO PETS ALLOWED.
To apply you must provide proof of income at least 3x's the monthly rent, good rental history and good credit to qualify. Our application fee of $33 is for a credit/criminal check. Security deposit requested is two month's rent unless required otherwise according to CT state law.
