Our community is conveniently situated just blocks from major shopping markets like Kroger and Target, with a diverse selection of restaurants within a five-mile radius. Just 15 minutes from downtown Toledo. We offer attractive one- and two-bedroom apartments designed to be your perfect home. Built in 1968, with 3 stories the apartments on the upper levels have access to a private balcony to sit and relax and enjoy the greenery.
The community comes with several benefits such as laundry facilities in each building, controlled access, green space, as well as rentable storage spaces. We offer onsite management and maintenance as well as after-hours emergency maintenance. Off street parking is available and there are plenty of spaces for guests that come to visit. The community is located in the Washington Local School district with bus stops in front of the community for all students that attend.
