About Dillon Park Student Apartments
Dillon Park student apartments offer University of Central Oklahoma students an opportunity to experience an upscale lifestyle on a student budget. All units are newly renovated with beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and fresh paint. Each unit is 1,265 square feet, featuring spacious living areas and bedrooms. We are located one block north of the UCO campus offering convenient parking and a short walk to anywhere on campus.
We offer two leasing options:
(A) an all-inclusive, single bedroom within 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment. The bedroom is exclusively yours and the common areas will be shared by residents in the other bedrooms. This option includes a furnished apartment (bed, living room furniture, dining furniture, washer/dryer) and all utilities are included.
OR
(B) an entire unfurnished 4-bedroom, 2-bath apartment which accommodates up to 4 residents. This option allows residents to provide their own furniture and select roommates. Residents will be billed monthly for utilities. NOW PET FRIENDLY in unfurnished full unit leases. Call and ask about our pet policy.
