DXU is a STUDENT ONLY building conveniently located in U-District just two blocks from the light rail station. Our modern luxury studio includes a full-size bathroom, in-unit laundry, and a kitchenette. We have available furnished and unfurnished units. Double occupancy is welcome at no extra cost.

Units have a fixed lease from September 16th, 2025 to August 31st, 2026.
The security deposit is $600. Utilities and internet are not included. Renter's insurance is required.
