The patio homes are 2 bed 2 bath ( bldg B,C,D,F,G,I,J,L,N) 8-unit buildings (E,H,K,Q) have 2 bed 1 bath lowers and 2 bed 2 bath uppers all include attached garages and private entrances. The 26-unit (U, T,S,R) buildings have 1,2- and 3-bedrooms units. On ground level we have 1,2 and 3 beds. The 3 beds have attached garages. There is an elevator to the 2nd and third floor where there are 1 and 2 beds.

We allow 2 pets per unit. The one-time fee for reconditioning the unit after a pet moves out is $350.00 for one and $500.00 for two. If its a puppy under one year old there is also an additional $700.00 fee refundable upon move out if there are no damages. We do not accept bully breeds or dogs over 50 lbs.
