Flanagan Flats was built in 1927 as a 16-unit English Tudor apartment building. Although the original character and charm remain, like hardwood floors and glass doorknobs--there have been many improvements over the past 96 years. Each apartment now has the modern conveniences of central heat & air, dishwashers, and washer and dryer. Unique characteristics of this historical property are the large closets and abundance of storage.
New residents will need to set up their own water/sewer accounts with Birmingham Water Works, natural gas accounts with Spire Gas, and electric accounts with Alabama Power.
