This is a legally registered 40 acre gold and gem mining claim for sale, the Sedona Legend #12 and the Sedona Legend #13, each a 20 acre claim next to each other, located about 15 miles West of Sedona, in Yavapai County, Arizona.
The buttes on the claim are great places for gems.
This claim has washes running thru it making for excellent potential for gems and gold.

Further up the claim road are archaeological sites in a red sandstone canyon, home to ancient cliff dwellings with pictographs (ancient rock drawings).
The Palatki Heritage Site and its sister site, Honanki, were the largest cliff dwellings of the Red Rock Country between AD 1150 - 1350. They were first described by Dr. Jesse Walter Fewkes, famous turn-of-the century archaeologist from the Smithsonian Institution, who gave them the Hopi names of Honanki (Badger House) and Palatki (Red House).
