Here are some things to know about the pricing brochure:
-Application fee is $45 per adult. (Non-refundable)
-Admin fee is $399. This holds the apartment so no one can take it once paid. (Non-refundable unless denied)
-Deposit is $0-up to first month’s rent depending on background and credit check after you apply!
-Pet deposit is $400. (A one-time fee per animal) The pet fee is $45. (Monthly fee per animal) If you have an ESA letter, these fees will not apply. 3 animals per household!
-Parking. We have free uncovered spots for residents and guests, $30 covered spots for buildings 2,6,7, and $80 underground parking required for buildings 1,3,5. It is one paid parking spot per household.
-Insurance is $12 per month. Renters insurance is required and will be added to your monthly charges unless you provide proof of an active personal policy that meets our coverage requirements.
-Media is $99 monthly and it is required. It is internet only and you will need to provide your own router.
-Utilities include water, sewer, trash and valet trash. Total averages around $150. Can be more or less depending on the month!
-Gas and Power are paid on your own through Rocky Mountain Power and Enbridge Gas.
