About Glen Courts Apartments
Glen Courts offers low-income housing options for Seniors and Families. Senior one bedroom units feature carpeting, oven/range, refrigerator, storage unit, and two pull cords in-unit for emergency-use. The Senior building has controlled access, and on-site manager, a large two-story 3000 square foot atrium with skylights, large trees and other plantings, a fireplace, patio furniture, and card tables. Bristol Courts also features two bedroom garden style apartments.
Tenants pay 30 percent of their income for rent. Government pays the rest. Government also helps pay for utilities with a utility allowance that equals the average cost of utilities.
