Ashdon Builders has over 42 years of experience in new home construction and developing new home communities in Hampton Roads. Their story started in the early ’80s. From then, the Ashdon brothers Barry and Donnie Cross started building homes together. They blended their personal “hands-on” experience, capitalizing on their unique strengths, to form a strong and committed building company. Their dedicated team of carpenters, brick masons, and other construction professionals has been with them since their inception – some for over twenty years. The name “Ashdon” reflects their commitment to family: it is the namesake of their children, Ashley and Donald. The second generation has just begun working in their business.
