All of our units are 2BR/2BA luxury apartments, with many amenities including updated bathrooms, new paint throughout, all hardwood floors (NO carpet) and a washer & dryer in every unit. LUS Fiber is our internet provider, and trash and sewer and water are included with rent. Our furnished units are FULLY furnished, including everything needed for a short or longer term stay, and all utilities can be included with rent (even electricity and internet).
Guidry Row Apartment Homes is a small, quiet, still-new complex. This is not an "apartment complex"; rather, it is a neighborly condo-like/apartment community. It is owner-managed, and has responsive and hands-on management. Guidry Row has security cameras, gated access, speed bumps and on-site management. It is also centrally located in Lafayette--a short-drive to Target, Rouses, Costco, Whole Foods and more!
