Applicants 18 and older must fill out rental application, have 600 or better credit score, and income of 2.5x the monthly rent. Rent is $1,275 per month for 2 bedroom units with 12-month rental agreement and one months' rent free (utility billback will still be due) and $500.00 security deposit. $50.00 nonrefundable application fee per applicant. Renters pay for their own electricity. Water, sewer, and garbage is billed back to renter each month for $85.00. Pets welcome upon approval. Pet rent and fees may apply.
