We offer 8 spacious floor plans, and our one, two and three bedroom town homes and garden apartments for rent feature a private entrance, indoor or patio storage space, walk-in closets and ceiling fans. Many homes also have free heat and hot water, remodeled kitchens with new counters and cabinets, new GE appliances, a built-in microwave, a breakfast bar and newly remodeled baths.
