On-site dining options include Cipriani, La Cantina No. 20, and 15th & Vine. The apartment is equipped with high-end toiletries for your comfort.
Parking is not included, but on-site valet is available for $50 per day, or you can reserve nearby parking for $35 per day. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour. Extra sets of linen and towels can be obtained for $25 each set. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet will be charged for the duration of your stay.

Exterior building maintenance may cause some noise between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM. The pool will be available on weekends only starting July 25, 2025, and the schedule may vary due to maintenance. A late check-in fee of $40 applies for arrivals before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for smoking or parties in the unit. Pets are welcome with specific rules, including a size limit and a non-refundable fee. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in decent condition, and an extra cleaning fee may be charged if the apartment is returned in an extremely unclean condition.
