Parking is not included, but on-site valet services are available at $75 per day with in-and-out privileges or $50 for standard hourly rates. Nearby parking can also be reserved for $35 per day. Daily maid service is available Monday to Saturday at an additional rate of $25 per hour.

Starting July 25, 2025, the pool is available on weekends only. Due to façade repairs, balconies will be closed and views may be blocked, with some noise expected between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. A $40 fee applies for check-ins before 11 AM or after 9 PM. Smoking in the unit is prohibited, and a penalty of $500 will be applied for violations. Parties are not allowed, and guests are expected to take out the trash before leaving. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, and certain conditions apply.
Includes Wi-Fi and a comfortable set-up for remote work, though a laptop computer is not included.
