Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee of $150 per pet, with specific rules regarding size and behavior. Check-in is after 3 PM and check-out is by 11 AM. Trash should be disposed of by guests, and extra cleaning fees may apply if the apartment is left in an unclean condition.
