Application and Rental Details:
Starting security deposit at $500, with the possibility of an increase based on your rental application.

Screening Criteria:
To ensure the best living experience for our residents, we have the following screening criteria:
Household gross monthly income should be 2 times the rent plus utilities
Minimum credit score of 550.
No collections (excluding student loans and medical payments).
Clean criminal history.
Clean rental history.

Utility Policies:
Landlord sets up and bills back to the resident for your share of electric, water, sewer, and trash at a flat fee.
Residents are responsible for setting up Xcel Energy & Gas, cable, and internet services as desired.

Fees:
Application Fee: $45, due upon submission of your application.
Minimum Security Deposit: $500, due to secure your unit.

Located in beautiful Arvada, just north of I-70, The Iris is a 15-minute drive to downtown Denver or the majestic Rocky Mountains.
