Our complex is equipped with keypad entry; the main building doors automatically lock and unlock each evening and morning with private keyed entry into each apartment. A security deposit of $500.00 is required on all rentals and is returned with a 30-day notice of ending your stay. Cancellations within two weeks of scheduled arrival will result in a $300.00 charge.
