On the top two levels there is a partial view of the lake.

A few more of the cabin's features include an arctic entry for your gear after a fun day riding the trails or playing on the lake; Russian tongue and grove cedar paneling on the ceiling; cedar paneling on the lower part of the walls on the first level; cottonwood paneling on the stairs and second floor; cedar trim throughout and professionally installed high durability carpet on the main two levels. And you'll enjoy all of the natural light with large windows through out!

You'll stay toasty warm in the winter with heat provided by two Kuma high efficiency oil heaters, R38 insulation in the floor and ceiling, R19 in the walls and double paned windows through out. And you'll enjoy the summer breeze without bugs in the summer as most of the windows are screened.

Water can be hauled up for the 165 gallon water tank. The water system features an On-demand hot water heater with its own 20# propane tank with 3 stages of filtration and an additional filter in the kitchen for drinking water. The sinks and shower are plumbed and the water lines are uninterrupted between the source and destination.

Outside features a large 16 x 20 storage shed with plenty of room for a couple snow machines or ATVS; an 8 x 12 generator shed, and plenty of room for parking.

The structures sit on an 80 x 100 pad with 660 cubic yards of gravel laid on top of Typar. Each building has a metal roof.

Lake Louise is located 3.5 hours east on the Glenn Highway from Anchorage. The Lake Louise Road turn off is approx. 30 miles before Glennallen, shortly after mile post 159. The roads are maintained all year. Lake Louise is located on Alaska's largest and most beautiful lake system accessible by road. The lake features amazing fishing, hunting and tons of trails for winter riding, skiing and fat tire biking. The Wolf Pack maintains the trails in the winter. Ride on groomed trails to Crosswinds Lake, Tolsona Lodge, Eureka Lodge, Moore Lake, and on the McClaren Trail! Look them up at lakelouisesnowmachineclub.com for more information. There are two active lodges on the lake that both have excellent food and entertainment. The Lake Louise airport is approx 1 mile away. And, a new large parking area and dock are under construction and expected to be finished by hunting season at the public launch area which is also approx 1 mile away.
