Brand new mono pitch cabin to be built in The Preserve summer of 2025. Lot 45 has a nice bench building site looking south over a scenic wetland. Lot 45 borders 100’s of acres of Sawyer County Forest on the north side, and has ski/hike/bike trail access to The
Birkie and CAMBA trails, via our private trail system. This site is heavily wooded, and has a
gradual driveway grade sloping down from the road access on the north to the build site on the
south. The view of the wetland will be bracketed by several large pine trees.
One couple bought the two lots on the east side of this (43 and 44) and plan to build one home,
so this lot will have one neighbor with 5 acres on the west side and one neighbor with 10 acres
on the east side, so it will be very private.
The wetland rarely holds standing water, but it is a spongy peat bottom that you can walk on,
with tamarack trees and tons of wildlife.
