The herds on the Grand Mesa are managed for numbers and while you won’t likely find a lot of trophy bulls in this area, your chances for filling you tag are still quite high. The subdivision has several places in which to access the adjoining BLM which connects to the Grand Mesa National Forest. This mountain property is very secluded and would make an excellent place to construct a seasonal cabin. The lower lots in the High Park Subdivision have snow removal included, but the upper section (where this property is located) does not at this time, but that could be changed with board approval.
