The current road dues are $150 per year. Membership in this association also includes primitive access to four nearby lakes including Upper Sysladobsis, Lombard, Upper and Lower Pug Lakes.
The town of Lakeville is a recreational property paradise with many lakes nearby with boat access. ATV and snowmobile trails can be reached from this land. The area is good for upland bird, whitetail deer and black bear hunting. The site is minutes from thousands of acres of conservation lands in the Down East Lakes Land Trust.
