About Marche' Apartments
Located in the City of Canton in the Ridgewood Area on the Southwest corner of Market Avenue and 19th Street N.W. This Complex is comprised of 24 Apartments in two(2) Buildings. Each building has 12 apartments per building (four(4) Garden Apartments, four(4) on the Second floor and four(4) on the Third floor). Amenities for all Apartments include: Two (2) Bedrooms, Fully Applianced Kitchen (Stove, Refrigerator, Dishwasher and Disposal), Dining Room, Living Room with patio doors leading to the patio or balcony, 1 1/2 Baths, Washer/Dryer Hookup, Central Air, and Gas Heat. Each Unit is approximately 1,000 sq. ft. The Owner pays Gas, Water, Sewer, Trash Removal and handles all lawn care and snow removal (parking lot and sidewalks). Carports are available at $30 per month. The Owners DO NOT Accept Pets or Section 8 and require a minimum one year lease. Pricing and unit availability are subject to change.
