-To qualify, we ask applicants to make 3 times the amount of rent, with good credit and good rental history.
-Application fee is $40 per adult.
-Security deposit of one month of rent and signed lease is necessary to hold the apartment.
-We do NOT accept housing assistance programs.
-Occupancy is limited.
-Rent includes water, sewer, trash and snow removal.
-Residents pay for gas and electric.
