No smoking is allowed inside or outside within 100 feet, even on the balcony, and there is a $500 minimum fee for violations. If a pet is found on the premises at any time during your stay, a minimum penalty fee of $500 will be applied. Quiet hours are after 10 PM. Do not unplug the smoke detector. No parties are allowed. Avoid any spills on the rug and sofa. Do not leave the unit with the AC on anytime you leave the property for the beach or at checkout. Remove shoes in the unit. The adjoining door is securely locked and inaccessible for your safety.
