About Mcfarland The Cottages
The Cottages are located in a quiet residential neighborhood near village parks and schools. 2 pets allowed per apartment up to 65 pounds full grown, combined weight. (breed restrictions apply) for a two bedroom and 35 lbs full grown weight for a one bedroom. Monthly pet fee and pet deposit required. You will enjoy a beautifully landscaped community where you can add your own personal touch! Just a short walk to shopping centers, grocery store, fitness center, hair salon, and much much more. At the Cottages you will enjoy two bedroom apartment with a private entrance and yard space! Unattached garage $40 extra a month. Storage units available. Each cottage has washer & and dryer hookup. There is onsite laundry located in our community center. Wheelchair Accessible Ramps and On-site Management & 24 Hour Emergency Maintenance. Our Community room has a full service kitchen, TV viewing room, community computer and book library.
