A Grid tie solar array is also running 24-7 which keeps the power cost at $12 a month for 10 months. You can enjoy a 12’ X 20’ screened in porch just outside the dining room. There is a 20’ X 60’ greenhouse w/14 raised beds, and a 12’ X 12’ greenhouse located next to a 10’ X 24’ garden plot. A large 10’ X 30’ garden plot is located out front of the house. Across the way is a 70’ X 100’ Potato growing field. The Guest Bunkhouse can sleep up to 7 and has a Toyo oil heating stove.
