The Residences of Kensington are the crown jewel in our array of housing offerings. 16 units in total, each has two-bedroom one bath units feature a waterfall granite island with four designer stools, a large executive built in modern fireplace with 65" built in television, and a full stainless steel high-end appliance upgrade.
Each unit also comes with a garage, not attached, and free laundry access in the building (not in the individual units). In addition to the garage there is a second parking space available for each apartment.
