Welcome to Orchard Meadows Apartments! This complex is conveniently located near Western Washington University, all major bus lines, and Sehome Village. Each unit features washer, dryer, dishwasher, private balcony or patio, wood burning fireplace, and electric heating. Tenants are responsible for water, sewer, and garbage which will be directly posted to your tenant ledger. Tenants responsible for setting up electric into their name. One small pet (25 pounds or smaller) allowed with prior approval and additional fees.

Permitted parking is available in the parking lot on a first served bases or non-permit parking on the street. No guest or overflow parking available.
