The fitness room is open only at Phoenix IV with a four-person maximum, and guests can get a code at Phoenix III. Beach towels are not provided. For March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. For same-day late check-ins, approval from the host is required before booking. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400 fine plus cleaning costs. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. Quiet hours are enforced with Noise ware technology, and violators of the no parties or events policy will incur a $500 fine. Surveillance and security cameras are on-site. A photo ID is required after booking to confirm the stay.
