From the first time you visit our office through the years you live in the community, you will see that our residents are our top priority. Our main focus is what’s important – you. Pleasant Acres Apartments offers a beautifully landscaped and professionally maintained community that you will be proud to call home.

We offer secure buildings, clean, rent is based on income. We are HUD subsidized. We have a community garden in spring and summer. There's no shoveling or plowing in winter. Quiet peaceful community and the residents are all friendly. Must be 62 or older, handicapped of any age. Residents only pay for electric.
