The apartments have an open concept kitchen/living room area. The property features on-site laundry, additional storage space, off-street parking, as well as a balcony.

Tenant pays for electric and heat. Water and sewer is included.

Pets: Up to 2 allowed. $40 for 1 and $80 for 2 per month.
Plus, a one-time $250 animal fee (non-refundable) per unit due upfront.
Breed Restrictions for dogs include: Akitas, Chows, Canary Mastiff, Doberman Pinschers, Pitbulls (Staffordshire Terrier or Bull Terrier), Wolf-Hybrids, or any mix of these breeds.
