Prices will vary depending on the unique features of each apartment home, the length of lease you sign, and which floor plan you would prefer. Also, the prices quoted do not include utilities. Our two bedrooms floor plans are 915 and 1000 square feet. Prices start at $845 per month. There is a $25 gas charge for hot water and a $4.95 billing charge per month.
