3. $250.00 Holding Fee applied to Security Deposit.

4. $250 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee.

5. We allow dogs & cats. Two pets max. Weight limit on dogs: 50 lbs (some breed restrictions). $250 nonrefundable pet fee (per pet); $35 pet rent (per pet) per month.

6. Utilities cost for Water/Sewer/Trash/Common Area Electricity & Gas (if any) based on the number of occupants:
1 = $100
2 = $165
3 = $215
Each add'l occupant + $50

7. Parking spaces may be rented for $50 per month, depending upon availability.
