Silvertree Communities is an Off-Campus Student Housing Apartment Community Near Ball State University that features newly renovated 2 and 3-bedroom BSU off-campus apartments and townhomes in Muncie, Indiana. Our spacious apartments by BSU can be priced by the bedroom or by the entire apartment, and include an in-unit washer and dryer, private patios and balconies, spacious walk-in closets, as well as premium upgraded units.
