About Skyview Terrace
Skyview Terrace is the newest apartment community in Hobbs! We are income based and rent is determined based income. Community amenities will include recreational areas for children, management/maintenance and service coordination office space, laundry room, a community multipurpose room for resident events and social service classes, including space for computer classes. Units will be made energy efficient (HERS 65 or better), with washer/dryer hookups provided in each apartment unit. All apartment units and common areas have been designed using Universal Design principles. Care has been taken to develop interior courtyard spaces that encourage resident interaction, while still maintaining parking close to the buildings for ease of access.
