The primary bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and a TV for a relaxing stay, while the second bedroom offers another cozy queen-size bed. The flexible den includes a sofa bed for extra guests, and the living room has another sofa bed and a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need, and in-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer and one assigned parking spot.

Escape to the serene tropical trails of Simpson Park Hammock or take a scenic walk along the water at Brickell Key Park. Getting around from this central location is incredibly easy, with or without a car. This is a walker's paradise, with Brickell City Centre, Mary Brickell Village, and dozens of top-rated restaurants and bars just a short stroll away. The free Metromover station is just an 8-minute walk away, offering quick and easy connections throughout Downtown and Brickell. You have easy access to major highways, putting Miami Beach and the Miami International Airport within a 20-minute drive. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Publix Super Market is located just a few blocks away in Brickell Village.
The primary guest on the reservation must be 21 or older and must be the first person to check in at the front desk. Loud music, parties, and excessive noise are strictly prohibited, and violations may result in significant fines from building management, which will be charged to the guest. There is ongoing construction next to the building, which may result in occasional daytime noise. Always display your parking permit, as we are not responsible for towed vehicles, theft, or damage in the garage. We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day, but washcloths are not provided. Quiet hours are between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Register all members staying with us by providing a photo ID on the same day as check-in. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m., and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice, as this will generate an additional cost. Package deliveries to the property address are not allowed. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. Turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone. Smoking is not allowed indoors, as it may result in a fine.
