Spring Street Apartments is a 42 unit apartment building. This property is a Low Income Housing Tax Credit property, which means you need to income qualify for the units. We preform credit checks (675 credit score), personal and criminal background checks on all residents. We are looking to begin leasing in the middle to the end of March 2024. If you are interested, please request from this site an application and one will be e-mailed to you or call Monday through Thursday during the day from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM to talk to someone or have an application mailed to you. This property is also a no smoking property. You can not smoke anywhere on the site. We are hoping to have the building filled by the end of June.
