Stateside Flats is centrally located on State Ave with easy access to I5. We offer 1 and 2 bedrooms apartment homes, fully upgraded with cordless faux wood blinds, wood planks floors, GE appliances and quick & efficient maintenance staff. The property has two laundry rooms, each home comes with one reserved parking spot, and select homes have great views of sunsets and downtown. Stateside Flats is also a pet friendly community.
