About Stine Country
Our cute, little community is nestled in behind a few old olive trees on Stine Rd near White Ln in Southwest Bakersfield. We have onsite management, a sparkling pool with tables and lounge chairs to gather around in the summer and covered parking to protect your vehicles from the weather. We are expertly managed by MD Atkinson and take great pride in our grounds and building maintenance. We have onsite laundry facilities for your convenience. All apartments come with stove, fridge and dishwasher. We pay water, trash, gardener and gas, you pay the electricity. Come see our community and join our family.
