Our upcoming studio cottage is at the rear of the property behind a gated fence. The cottage has a large deck/patio area for some outdoor space. It features tile flooring throughout, ceiling fan, and is equipped with a mini-split to keep you comfortable all year long. The kitchen is equipped with full size fridge, brand new electric stove and has adequate storage and space for cooking. The bathroom has plenty of space and has a full-size tub. This unit also comes with a large locking storage shed behind the cottage. The large storage shed is approximately 15.5' x 5.5' (approx 85sq ft).
